With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness, Christen brings deep expertise in training, coaching, and developing leaders across corporate, nonprofit, and consulting environments. Backed by a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology Christen operates at the high-stakes intersection of leadership vision and rapid scaling. Christen partners with founders, executives and investors to bridge critical execution gaps, design accountability frameworks and protect core organizational culture through intense growth or re-structuring cycles.
